Due to hygiene and safety standards, makeup and skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

👗 Clothing & Heels

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your clothing or heels:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

💎 Jewelry

We take pride in our carefully curated jewelry collection. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Necklaces, rings, and bracelets may be returned within 5 days if:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
A photo is submitted within 24 hours if the item arrived damaged.
